Your plan
Free listing
The free plan. At the top of Home, a small label says Listing · Free. Customers see up to 5 of your items. To order, they message you on WhatsApp, Viber or SMS. They cannot order on your page. See Free listing and Storefront.
Storefront
The paid plan. Customers fill a basket and order on your shop page. The orders land on your order board. The app also calls your shop page your storefront, like View storefront in the shop menu. See Free listing and Storefront.
Free trial
A Storefront for free for 14 days. At the top of the app, a line shows the days left. For example: "Free trial · 9 days left". See Pay your Eveyla bill.
Paused
This word means two things. Paused on the order board means you stopped new orders for a while. "Your storefront is paused" means your Eveyla bill was not paid, or your free trial ended. Your shop then shows as a free listing. See Pause and restart orders and My storefront is paused.
Add-on
An extra you can add to a Storefront, like Packs and barcodes or Brand colours. Some you pay once. Others are monthly and join your bill. See Turn an add-on on or off.
Staff seat
Each person on your team uses one staff seat. You, the owner, do not use one. To add more people, get more seats in the add-on store. See Staff seats.
Orders and payments
Order board

Checkout

Pay link
A link to a page where a customer sees the bill and pays you. You make it on the Counter. You send it on WhatsApp or Viber, or the customer scans a QR code. See Send a pay link.
Pre-order
There are two kinds:
- Pre-orders in Settings lets customers order now, for a later day and time they pick. See Take orders for later.
- Pre-order on an item is for an item that reaches the customer some days after they order. See Sell an item as a pre-order.
Deposit
Part of the price that a customer pays when they order a pre-order item. You pick it on the item, under Paid when they order: None, 25%, 50% or Full. The rest is paid on delivery. See Sell an item as a pre-order and Check a payment slip and confirm payment.
Collect
A search on the order board for pickup orders. You find the order, check it, and hand it over. See Hand over pickup orders with Collect.
Prep sheet
A page for the day's online orders. It has three steps: Get the items ready (Cook in food shops), Pack the orders and Send them out. See Use the prep sheet.
Order alerts
The ping on your phone when a new order comes in. You turn them on for each phone. See Get a ping for every new order.
Selling in your shop

Box
An item that customers fill with your other items. The app calls it Combo, Hamper, Set or Bundle, by the kind of shop. See Make a box customers fill themselves.
Launch later
An item that shows a countdown, then opens for orders at the time you pick. See Launch an item later with a countdown.
Top of shop
An item marked Top of shop shows first on your shop page. See Choose the order items show in.
