What it is

Grow credits pay for the jobs Grow does with AI. For example, writing a caption or checking a payment slip (the photo of a bank transfer). You get free credits every month. Need more? Buy extra credits once (a top-up), or add a monthly Grow plan to your bill. You pay by bank transfer.

Find it

  1. On the order board, tap the green Grow tab on the left edge of the screen.
  2. Tap the orange number with a small star (✦) at the top of Grow. It is how many credits you have.

Grow credits opens inside Grow. To go back to your moves, tap the back arrow next to the title.

Never opened Grow before? Tap Show my first brief first. See Meet Grow, your shop assistant.

There is also a Grow credits page in Billing:

  1. Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
  2. Scroll down to Team & account.
  3. Tap Billing.
  4. Tap Grow credits. It shows how many credits you have.

You can also use the Add-ons card:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap the Add-ons card at the top.
  3. Tap Grow credits under Run your shop. Grow opens on Grow credits.

On a computer, Settings is in the bar on the left. Grow is at the top of that bar.

Every setting

To top up from Grow:

  1. In Grow credits, scroll down to Top up once.
  2. Tap the box with the number of credits you want, like ✦ 100. A sheet called Grow credits slides up. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.) It says Top up Grow credits.
  3. Check which number of credits is picked. Tap another one to change it. Each one shows its price.
  4. Tap Next · pay at the bottom. The button also shows the amount.
  5. The sheet now says Pay by transfer. Under Transfer exactly is the amount. Under it are Eveyla's bank details.
  6. Tap the copy button next to the account number. It says Copied.
  7. In your bank app, send exactly that amount to that account.
  8. Take a screenshot of the finished transfer.
  9. Back in Eveyla, tap Upload slip.
  10. Pick your screenshot. Eveyla sends it right away.
  11. You see Slip sent. Tap Done.

Grow does not check this slip before it is sent, so check the amount first. On the Grow credits page in Billing, Grow checks your slip for free. See below.

The app says: "Credits arrive when we approve your slip, usually within a day. Nothing is added before that."

If Check payment slips is on, the sheet also says how much a slip check uses. If some order slips are still waiting to be checked, a box says something like "Read the 3 waiting slips once it's approved". It is ticked when you start. Grow then reads those slips with your new credits.

If your shop cannot buy credits, the sheet says "Grow credits are for active Storefront shops. Pay your bill first, then top up."

Balance

The orange box at the top shows your Balance: how many credits you have. Lines under it show where your credits came from and when they end, like "100 top-up · never expire". The last line shows how many credits you used this month.

Under the box, you may see a warning:

  • "No credits left": "AI actions are off until you top up" or until your free credits come back. "Everything free still works."
  • A few credits left: it says what they are still enough for.
  • Credits that end soon: for example "20 plan credits end tomorrow".

What credits pay for

This list shows each job and how many credits it uses. Under it, the app says: "Free credits come back on the 1st of every month. Unused ones do not carry over."

These jobs use credits:

The section builder also shows your credits. See Section builder: design your shop page.

See Billing

A box with See Billing shows when a Grow payment needs a look. It says "A Grow payment is waiting for review.", "A Grow payment was not approved." or "Your Grow plan is stopped."

Tap See Billing to open Billing. Then tap Grow credits to see your payments under Bought.

Monthly plan

Each box shows how many credits you get a month and the price. The 100 box says Most shops.

  1. Tap the box you want.
  2. Tap the green button under the boxes. It says Start Grow 100 and the price a month.
  3. A sheet called Get Grow credits opens. See below.

The app says: "Pay the first month now. After that it's part of your monthly bill, and unused plan credits last one extra month."

When your own plan's box is picked, the button says You are on Grow 100. You cannot tap it. To change your plan, tap another box. The button then says Switch to Grow and the new number.

Top up once

Each box shows how many credits and the price. Tap one to buy it. The steps are at the top of this section. The app says: "Top-up credits never expire. Pay by transfer, same as your bill."

Get Grow credits

This sheet opens for a monthly plan. At the top, tap Every month for a plan, or Just once for a top-up.

  1. Tap the box you want. Your plan says Your plan.
  2. Read the box under it. It says what you pay now and how your monthly bill changes.
  3. Tap Continue to payment (or Switch to Grow and the new number).
  4. Pay and send your slip, as in steps 5 to 11 above.

At the bottom, a green box shows What credits pay for. When you are on a plan, Stop Grow plan is at the bottom too. It asks Stop Grow plan? before it stops.

On a free trial, it says "Comes with your plan. Add Grow when you pay on Billing." See Pay your Eveyla bill.

If you pay your Storefront yearly, it says "Grow plans need monthly billing." Tap Just once for a top-up instead.

On the top-up sheet, the link "Or add a monthly plan to your bill." opens this sheet too.

Where credits went

After you use credits, bars show which jobs used them this month.

More cards

At the bottom, a green note says Always free: "Your daily moves, charts, forecasts, stock warnings and ready-made messages. Credits are only for AI writing, slip checks and images. If AI fails, you get the credits back."

The Grow credits page in Billing

At the top, the Credits card shows your credits, how many are free and how many you bought. Small boxes show what some jobs cost. Tap More uses to see the rest. A date shows when your next free credits come.

To buy credits here:

  1. Under Get more, tap Every month or Once.
  2. Tap the box with the number of credits you want.
  3. Tap Next: pay at the bottom.
  4. Tap Copy next to the account number.
  5. Tap Copy next to the amount.
  6. In your bank app, send exactly that amount to that account.
  7. Take a screenshot of the finished transfer.
  8. Back in Eveyla, tap Add slip photo.
  9. Pick your screenshot. Grow reads it for free.
  10. When Grow says "Looks right", tap Send slip at the bottom.

At the top of the pay step, a line shows what you picked. To pick again, tap Change next to it.

If Grow finds a problem, the button says Send anyway. It is better to tap Replace and add the right slip. Each message is explained in Pay your Eveyla bill.

With Every month, a line shows what your monthly bill will be, and from which date. While Eveyla checks your slip, a card says something like "+100 on the way".

With Once, if slips are waiting to be checked, a box says something like "Read the 3 waiting slips after". It is ticked when you start.

Bought lists your last purchases. A green tick means approved. An orange clock means Eveyla is still checking it. A red cross means not approved.

On a free trial, Every month says Comes with your plan. The button at the bottom says Add with my plan and opens Billing.

If your storefront is paused, the page says "Grow is paused until your plan is paid". Pay your bill first. If your shop cannot buy credits, it says "Grow credits are for active Storefront shops. Pay your plan first."

Stop Grow plan

  1. Open the Grow credits page in Billing.
  2. Under Get more, tap Every month.
  3. Tap your plan's box. It says Yours.
  4. Under the boxes, tap Stop. A sheet called Stop Grow plan? opens.
  5. Read the list. Your bill goes back down, you keep your plan credits until a date, and "Free credits keep coming". It also says "No refund for this month".
  6. Tap Stop plan.
  7. You see Grow plan stopped and your new bill. Tap OK.

To keep your plan, tap Keep Grow 100 instead.

If it says "Your plan payment is being checked", you cannot stop yet. Try again after Eveyla checks your payment, usually within a day.

When your plan box is picked, the app also says "Missed this month? Pay for them here." Tap Next: pay to pay for this month's plan credits.

Before Grow uses credits

When you tap a button with ✦ and a number, a sheet may ask first. For example Write a Story caption? or Ask your shop?. It shows how many credits it uses and how many you have.

  • Tap the button with ✦, like Write it, to go on. Or tap Cancel.
  • Jobs that use 1 credit have a box: Don't ask again for 1-credit actions. You cannot bring the question back in the app, so tick it only if you are sure. Jobs that use 2 or more credits always ask.
  • While Grow works, it says your credit "is held. You only pay if it works." You can tap Close, keep it running.

Changes on Today, like Hide it, do not ask. They use credits as soon as you tap.

This needs more credits

If you do not have enough, a sheet says something like "This needs 2 credits" and "You have 1 left".

  • It may offer a free way, like Make Story card · free or Send ready-made messages · free.
  • Tap Top up 100 credits or Grow 100 every month to buy. The price is on the right.
  • A line says when your free credits come back.

When something goes wrong

  • "Something went wrong on our side." It says your credit is back. Tap Try again, or Close.
  • "We couldn't reach Eveyla. If a credit was held, it comes back by itself."
  • Already being written: the same job is running on another phone or tab. "You are only charged once."
  • "You're offline. AI needs internet. No credits were used."

Who can use it

Only the shop owner can see Grow credits and buy credits. Managers and senior managers can use the shop's credits on some screens. For example, to read item photos on the Items page. If there are not enough credits, they see "Only the owner can buy credits."

You need a Storefront to buy credits. A monthly Grow plan needs monthly billing. On a free trial, add it when you pay on Billing. The price shows in the app before you pay.

Common mistakes

My credits have not arrived

The app says credits arrive "usually within a day", after Eveyla approves your slip. In Grow, a box may say "A Grow payment was not approved." Tap See Billing. Then tap Grow credits and look at Bought. A red cross means not approved. A red note on the page says why. Fix the problem and send a new slip.

I can't send another slip

  • "2 payments are waiting for review." Wait until Eveyla checks one, usually within a day. Then send the next.
  • "You've sent 3 slips today." Try again tomorrow.

My slip will not upload

  • If it says the file is too big, send a screenshot of the slip instead.
  • If it asks for a photo, screenshot or PDF of the bank slip, pick one of those.
  • If it says "Upload didn't finish", check your internet and try again.

I can't pick a monthly plan

If you pay yearly, the app says "Grow plans need monthly billing." Buy a top-up with Once or Just once. On a free trial, it says "Comes with your plan". Add Grow when you pay on Billing. See Pay your Eveyla bill.

"No credits left"

Grow cannot write with AI until you top up or your free credits come back on the 1st. Your moves, charts and ready-made messages still work.

Tip

Before you buy, look at What credits pay for. It shows how many credits each job uses, so you know how many to buy. Top-up credits never expire, so a top-up suits you if you only use Grow now and then.
