What it is
Your Storefront is paid monthly or yearly. You pay Eveyla by bank transfer. Then you send the payment slip (the photo of your bank transfer) on the Billing page. Eveyla checks it, and your storefront stays live.
Find it
- Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Team & account.
- Tap Billing. It says Plan, add-ons and payment slips under it.
You can also tap your shop name at the top left. Then tap Billing & trial. Use this way if you do not see Billing in Settings. This happens when your storefront is paused or not live yet.
On a computer, Settings is in the bar on the left.
Every setting
If the card at the top says Paid, your bill is not due yet. To pay now, tap Pay early first.
To pay your bill:
- Under How long?, tap Monthly or Yearly.
- Tap Next: pay at the bottom.
- Under Copy the account, tap Copy.
- Under Send exactly, tap Copy.
- Open your bank app.
- Send exactly that amount to the account you copied.
- Take a screenshot of the finished transfer.
- Go back to Eveyla.
- Tap Add slip photo.
- Pick your screenshot. Grow reads it.
- When Grow says "Looks right", tap Send slip at the bottom.
Billing now says Checking your payment. You can keep using your shop while you wait.
Is Add slip photo gone when you come back from your bank app? Tap the same choice as before, Monthly or Yearly. Then tap Next: pay again.
Each part of Billing is explained below.
Billing
The top of the page is a green band with your shop name and Billing. Tap Help on the right to ask Eveyla. See Contact Eveyla.
Eveyla plan
This is the card at the top. It shows how much you pay and a small label:
- 9 days left or Ends today: you are in your free trial.
- Due in 5 days, Due today or 2 days late: your bill is near or late.
- Paid: nothing is due. The card also says "Next bill · 30 Nov".
- Paused or Not live: your storefront is off. See My storefront is paused.
If your bill has more than one part, small icons show the price of each part. For example, your plan, a staff seat or an add-on.
A row of month boxes shows the months you are paying for. The date on the left is when they start. The date on the right says when they end, like "Until 30 Nov".
How long?
You have two choices:
- Monthly: pays for one month.
- Yearly: pays for 12 months at once.
Each one shows its price. When you pay for the first time, Yearly is picked. After that, the one you use now is picked.
The bar at the bottom shows the amount, and a short line like "1 month".
If Yearly is grey and says "Stop Grow plan first", you have a Grow plan. See Grow credits.
Add Grow
This step says Optional. Grow is your shop assistant. Grow credits pay for jobs Grow does for you, like writing a caption. See Grow credits.
Tap the row to add Grow credits to the same payment. Tap it again to take them off. It is off when you start.
- With Monthly, you get 100 credits every month. This adds a Grow plan to your monthly bill.
- With Yearly, you get 300 credits, one time.
With Monthly, the bar at the bottom then says "1 month + Grow". You only see this step when you do not have a Grow plan.
Pay
This step opens when you tap Next: pay. Your choice now shows as one line, with the amount. Tap Change on that line to go back.
The step has three parts. Each one gets a green tick when it is done.
- Copy the account: Eveyla's account at BML. The name on it is Propera Pvt Ltd. That is Eveyla's company. Tap Copy. It says Copied.
- Send exactly: the amount to send. Tap Copy next to it.
- Attach the slip: tap Add slip photo. You can also tap Attach slip at the bottom. Use a photo, a screenshot or a PDF (a page you can print).
Under the card, tap Propera Pvt Ltd · Eveyla · Maldives. A page called Paying Eveyla opens. It says who you pay and how to reach Eveyla. It also says that fees are not refunded. This page has no button back to Billing. Go back in your browser, or open Eveyla again.
Grow's slip check
After you add your slip, Grow reads it. This is free. While Grow reads it, the button at the bottom says Reading slip….
Then Grow says what it found. Four small boxes show the amount, the account, the time it was sent and the reference. The reference is the number on the slip. Each box has a tick when it matches.
- "Looks right": the button at the bottom says Send slip.
- "This slip shows MVR" and an amount: you sent a different amount. Grow also says how much you should send.
- "Sent to another account": the money did not go to Eveyla's account.
- "This transfer is from 12 Oct" and "Add today's slip": the slip is old.
- "This slip was sent before": this slip was already used.
- "This transfer didn't go through": the bank did not finish the transfer.
- "That's not a bank slip": the picture is not a transfer.
With these problems, the button says Send anyway. It is better to fix the problem first. Tap Replace under Grow's message to add a different slip.
Sometimes Grow says "Some of it is hard to read", "Grow couldn't read it" or "We'll check this PDF by hand". Then Eveyla checks the slip by hand. Tap Send slip.
If you picked Yearly but sent the amount for one month, the button says Pay monthly instead. Tap it to change to Monthly. Then tap Send slip.
Checking your payment
After you send the slip, Billing says Checking your payment and "Usually the same day". Three bars show Sent, Checking and Paid.
Under them, a row shows the amount you sent. It says "Grow: looks right" when Grow found no problem. If not, it says what you paid for, like "1 month".
You cannot send another payment while this one is being checked.
Paid
When Eveyla approves your payment, Billing says Paid and "Live until 30 Nov 2026". It shows your receipt number, like EVY-0045. Tap Receipt to see it. Tap Done to close the card.
Pay early and Switch to yearly
When nothing is due, the card at the top says Paid.
- Tap Pay early to pay before your bill date. The label then says "Paid to 30 Nov". The new months start when your paid time ends.
- If you pay monthly, you also see a card that compares paying monthly and yearly. Tap Switch to yearly to pay for a year. If you have a Grow plan, it says "Stop your Grow plan to pay yearly." instead.
Top-up
This is only for shops that pay yearly. If your fee goes up during the year, step 1 on Billing is called Top-up. It says: "Your fee went up during your yearly plan. Your dates don't change." Pay it the same way. The bar at the bottom says "Top-up".
Your free trial
In your free trial, the label says how many days are left. The month boxes start with your free days, like "9 free days", then the months you pay for. You can pay any time during the trial.
Did customers order during your trial? Then a row called Your trial so far shows your orders and sales.
Add-ons
This row shows your add-ons as cards you can slide sideways. In your free trial, the heading says Make it yours. Each card shows its price, or a tick with On or Ending.
- Tap a card to try that add-on.
- If you have a monthly add-on, tap its card to stop it or keep it.
- Tap See all to open the add-on store.
See Turn an add-on on or off.
The Your own domain card opens your domain in Settings. When your domain works, the card shows your web address. See Use your own domain.
If you have extra staff seats, a card shows how many. Tap it to remove seats. See Staff seats.
Grow credits
This row shows how many Grow credits you have. Tap it to buy more, or to stop a Grow plan. See Grow credits.
Payments
This is the list of what you paid to Eveyla, newest first. It shows your plan payments, Grow credits and domain setup. Each row shows what it was for, like "1 month", "12 months" or "1 month + Grow". It also shows the date and the amount.
The round mark on the right tells you how it went:
- a green tick: paid
- an orange clock: being checked
- a red cross: not approved. Eveyla's note shows in red under it.
When the list is long, only the newest payments show. To see the rest, tap the button at the bottom, like See all 12.
Receipt
Tap a paid plan payment in Payments. A sheet called Receipt opens. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.) It shows the receipt number, your shop, the day it was paid and what it was for. It also shows the amount, how you paid, and who you paid: "Propera Pvt Ltd (Eveyla)".
It says: "We emailed this receipt to you when it was approved."
When your storefront is paused
If you did not pay in time, or your trial ended, Billing says "Showing as a free listing". If your storefront was never live, it says "Not live yet". Pay the same way to turn your storefront on. See My storefront is paused.
If you have monthly add-ons or extra staff seats, Billing also says: "Coming back without an add-on? Stop it first and it comes off what you pay." See Turn an add-on on or off.
Banners at the top
Two banners (coloured boxes) can show at the top of your pages. Tap the link on a banner to open Billing.
- In your free trial: "Free trial · 9 days left". Near the end it says "Last day" or "Ends today". Its link says Nothing to pay today. Near the end, the link says Keep my storefront, with the price. The banner turns orange near the end.
- When your bill is close: "Storefront renews in 5 days" or "Storefront renews today". If you are late, it says "Payment overdue · 2 days" and turns red. Its link says Pay now, with the price. If you pay yearly, it says Renew.
The banners do not show on the Billing page itself. Eveyla also sends you emails and phone alerts. They come before your trial ends and before your bill is due. See Emails and messages from Eveyla.
Cards on the order board
If your storefront is not live yet, the order board shows one of these cards:
- Open your storefront free for 14 days: tap Start 14-day free trial. Or tap the green link next to it to pay now instead.
- Storefront not live yet: tap Activate now to open Billing and pay.
- Payment under review: Eveyla is checking your slip. You can keep setting up your shop while you wait.
Customers seenothing yet. Your storefront is not visible to customers until it is live.
If your shop is a free listing, see Free listing and Storefront.
Who can use it
Only the shop owner can open Billing and pay. Senior managers, managers and staff cannot open it.
Billing is where you pay for your Storefront. When your storefront is paused, you can still open it from the shop menu.
Common mistakes
Grow says "This slip shows MVR" and a different amount
You did not send the exact amount. Send the amount under Send exactly. Tap Copy next to it, so you do not type it wrong. Then tap Replace and add the new slip. If you paid for one month but picked Yearly, tap Pay monthly instead.
A red message shows on Billing
- "That file is 3.4 MB. The limit is 2 MB. A screenshot of the slip works best." Take a screenshot of the transfer in your bank app. Add that instead.
- "Please add a photo, screenshot or PDF of the bank slip." Add a picture or a PDF of the transfer.
- "Upload didn't finish. Check your internet and try again." Check your internet. Then tap Add slip photo again.
- "This slip was already sent. Add the slip for this payment." Tap Replace. Then add the slip from the transfer for this bill.
- "Couldn't load billing. Pull down to try again." Check your internet. Then close Billing and open it again.
The button says Wait for add-on check
Billing says: "We're checking your add-on payment. Pay your bill once it's checked." Wait until Eveyla checks your add-on slip. Then come back and pay your bill.
My payment has a red cross
Eveyla did not approve it. Read the red note under it. Fix the problem, then pay again with a new slip. If you need help, tap Help at the top of Billing.
Tip
Pay a few days before your bill date. Eveyla checks your slip, usually the same day. Paying early gives time for that. You do not lose any days: the new months start when your paid time ends.
