Turn an add-on on or off

Every setting

To get an add⁠-⁠on:

1. Tap the add⁠-⁠on you want, like Packs and barcodes. A try⁠-⁠out opens. This is a page where you can try the add⁠-⁠on on your shop.
2. Try it. Nothing changes on your shop yet.
3. Tap Get Packs and barcodes at the bottom. A sheet called Get Packs and barcodes slides up. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.)
4. Look at step 1 in the sheet. It says Transfer and the amount to send.
5. Tap the small copy button next to the account number. It says Copied.
6. Open your bank app.
7. Send exactly that amount to that account.
8. Take a screenshot of the finished transfer.
9. Go back to Eveyla.
10. Tap Add slip and send at the bottom.
11. Pick your screenshot. It is sent right away.

A sheet called Slip sent opens. Tap Done. When Eveyla has checked your slip, the add⁠-⁠on switches on. Its card then says On your shop.

Is the sheet gone when you come back from your bank app? Open it again the same way.

To leave a try⁠-⁠out without buying, tap the round back arrow at the top left.

Add⁠-⁠ons

This is the store. The add⁠-⁠ons are in groups:

• Section builder: the big green card at the top.
• Look like your own brand: Brand colours and Your own domain.
• Sell more ways: Packs and barcodes.
• Run your shop: Bills and GST, Staff seats and Grow credits.

Each card shows its price, or a label that tells you how it is:

• On your shop: you have it.
• Ends 29 Oct: you stopped it, and it ends on that day.
• Checking slip: Eveyla is checking your slip.
• Included or Free with your domain: your shop already has it.

The big Section builder card uses its own words. For example, "On until 29 Oct" or "Included for your shop". Its button says Try it on my shop, Checking slip or Manage.

The Brand colours and Your own domain cards also have a small tag: Monthly or Pay once.

At the bottom, a grey box called How paying works says:

• "Pay once add⁠-⁠ons are yours while your shop is on Storefront. No monthly charge."
• "Monthly add⁠-⁠ons join your bill. Today you pay for the time until your next bill. Stop one any time and it comes off your next bill."
• "Every slip is checked by a person, and the add⁠-⁠on switches on as soon as it is."

Section builder

A monthly add⁠-⁠on. With it, you can move the parts of your shop page up or down. You can switch them on or off, and pick a style for some.

Tap Try it on my shop on the big card. You see a small copy of your shop page. Under it is a list of parts: Promo banner, Your items, Reviews and Gift boxes.

• Tap the up or down arrow to move a part.
• Tap the switch to show or hide a part. Gift boxes starts switched off.
• Your items has a lock. It is always on.
• After you change something, tap Reset to start again.

The note under the list says that nothing changes on your shop until you buy and save. To buy it, tap Get Section builder at the bottom.

When you have it, the card says "On your shop" with its price, and the button says Manage. To build your page, see Section builder: design your shop page.

You can also open this try⁠-⁠out from Settings. Tap Storefront. It says Layout, look, colours under it. The Sections row there has an orange Add⁠-⁠on label until you buy it. Tap that row.

Brand colours

A pay once add⁠-⁠on. It puts your own colour on your shop.

Tap the Brand colours card. You see your shop in a colour. Tap a round colour to try it. Its name, like Ocean, shows in the line under the circles. Ocean is picked when you start. Tap Any colour to pick any colour you like.

Customers see

your colour on your shop page and its buttons.

No domain yet? A box says "Getting your own domain?" and "Brand colours come free with it". Tap See domain to open the domain sheet in Settings.

To buy it, tap Get Brand colours at the bottom. You pay for it once. There is no stop button. It stays while your shop is on Storefront. When you have it, the bottom of the try⁠-⁠out says "It's on your shop". To pick your colour, see Brand colours.

You can also open this try⁠-⁠out from Settings. Tap Storefront, then Colours. Then tap Try your colours on your shop.

Your own domain

A domain is your own web address, like yourshop.mv. Tap the Your own domain card to ask for one in Settings. The card shows its price. It says Being set up after you ask, and On your shop when it works. See Use your own domain.

Packs and barcodes

A monthly add⁠-⁠on. It lets you sell one item by the piece, pack or case. You can also scan barcodes at the Counter (the POS tab).

Tap Packs and barcodes. The try⁠-⁠out has two tabs:

• Sell in packs: tap + on a pack of water to see the stock go down. Tap Start again to start over.
• Scan at the Counter: tap Scan a barcode to see an example sale, with a plastic bag fee.

To buy it, tap Get Packs and barcodes at the bottom. See Packs and barcodes: sell by the piece, pack or case.

You can also open this try⁠-⁠out from an item:

1. Tap Items in the bar at the bottom.
2. Tap the item's name or photo. The item opens in a sheet.
3. Tap All at the end of the round buttons.
4. Look in the Add⁠-⁠ons group. Packs, Codes and Fees have an Add⁠-⁠on tag until you buy it.
5. Tap one of them.
6. Tap See Packs and barcodes.

If the round Packs button on the item has a small lock, you can tap it instead of All.

Bills and GST

A monthly add⁠-⁠on for your supplier bills, the GST on them, your GST return and tax invoices.

Tap Bills and GST. The try⁠-⁠out has three tabs with examples: Bills, GST return and Tax invoices. To buy it, tap Get Bills and GST at the bottom. See Bills and GST: what it adds.

Staff seats

A seat lets one more person in your team take orders and sell at the Counter. There is no try⁠-⁠out. Tap Staff seats. A sheet called Get Staff seats opens. Under Extra seats, tap − or + to pick how many. Then pay the same way.

While Eveyla checks your seat slip, the card says Checking slip and does not open. See Staff seats.

Grow credits

Grow is your shop assistant. Tap Grow credits to open Grow, where you can get more credits. If you have a Grow plan, the card names it, like "Grow 100 plan". See Grow credits.

Get

This is the sheet where you pay. Its title is Get and the add⁠-⁠on's name.

• At the top: the add⁠-⁠on and how you pay for it. It says "Pay once, no monthly charge", or the price "a month on your bill".
• For a monthly add⁠-⁠on, an orange box says Pay today. It shows the amount, the days it pays for, and your new bill.
• Step 1, Transfer: who to pay, the bank and the account number. Tap the copy button next to the number.
• Step 2, Add your slip: "A photo, screenshot or PDF of the transfer, up to 2 MB. Tap the button below."

Under the steps, a note says that Eveyla checks every slip by hand. The add⁠-⁠on switches on as soon as it is checked, and your receipt comes by email.

Tap Add slip and send at the bottom. Your phone opens your photos. When you pick the slip, it is sent right away, and the button says "Sending". So check that you sent the amount in step 1 before you pick the slip.

The X at the top right closes the sheet without sending.

Slip sent

This sheet opens after you send a slip. It says that Eveyla is checking your slip. The add⁠-⁠on switches on as soon as it is checked.

It shows three steps: Slip sent, Checking your slip and the add⁠-⁠on's name with "switches on". Tap Done.

While Eveyla checks it, the add⁠-⁠on's card says Checking slip. The top of the store says "1 slip is being checked. Each add⁠-⁠on switches on as soon as its slip is checked." Your receipt comes by email. See Emails and messages from Eveyla.

Stop an add⁠-⁠on

You can stop a monthly add⁠-⁠on any time.

1. Tap the add⁠-⁠on's card. It says On your shop. On Section builder, tap Manage.
2. A sheet opens. For example, it is called Stop Section builder? It shows the last day it stays on, and your next bill.
3. Tap Stop at the end of this bill.

The sheet says: "It comes off your next bill straight away. Days already paid aren't refunded." It stays on until the last paid day. The card now says Ends 29 Oct. On Section builder, it says "On until 29 Oct". To close the sheet without stopping, tap Keep it.

If your storefront is paused, the button says Stop it. The add⁠-⁠on stops right away and comes off what you pay to bring your storefront back.

Either way, your settings are kept if you add it again later.

Keep an add⁠-⁠on you stopped

1. Tap the add⁠-⁠on's card. It says Ends 29 Oct. On Section builder, it says "On until 29 Oct", so tap Manage.
2. Tap Keep Section builder at the bottom. The button has the add⁠-⁠on's name.

The add⁠-⁠on carries on as before. You can do this until you pay your next bill. If you already paid your next bill, the sheet says "So it can't be kept on that bill." Tap Got it. After it stops, you can add it again from Add⁠-⁠ons.

When you cannot buy it now

Sometimes grey words show at the bottom of the try⁠-⁠out instead of the Get button:

• "Pay your plan first": your storefront is not live, or your trial ended.
• "Keep your storefront first": your free trial ends soon. Pay for your Storefront first.
• "Pay your bill first" or "Pay this month's bill first": your bill is due soon, or due now.
• "We're checking your bill payment": wait until Eveyla checks your bill slip.
• "We're checking your slip": you already sent a slip for this add⁠-⁠on.
• "It's on your shop", "Ends 29 Oct" or "Already included for your shop": you already have it.

When you tap Staff seats, the Get Staff seats sheet can also tell you why, with a button. For example, your bill may be due soon. Then it says to pay your bill first, and add the add⁠-⁠on after that: "You won't pay for the same days twice." Tap Pay my bill to open Billing. See Pay your Eveyla bill.

If your storefront is paused, the store says: "Add⁠-⁠ons are for live Storefront shops. Your add⁠-⁠ons are kept while your plan is paused and come back when it's paid." Tap Pay my plan.

Locked features

Some pages show a lock when a feature needs an add⁠-⁠on or a different plan.

• Available as an add⁠-⁠on: the card shows the feature's name. For example, Page builder is the Section builder. Tap Try it on my shop to open its try⁠-⁠out.
• Not included in your plan: this feature is not in the add⁠-⁠on store. If the card says "Included in the Storefront plan.", see Free listing and Storefront. Otherwise, tap Talk to Eveyla to ask about it.
