What it is

Your shop link is the address of your shop page, like shop.eveyla.com/aisha-cakes. Customers open it to see your items and order. You picked it when you opened your shop. See Open your shop. Changing your shop name does not change your link.

Find it

  1. Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
  2. Scroll down to Your link. The first row shows your link, like shop.eveyla.com/aisha-cakes.

On a computer, Settings is in the bar on the left.

Every setting

Next to your link is a small copy icon.

  1. Tap the copy icon next to your link. It turns into a tick and says Copied.
  2. Paste the link where you want to share it, like a WhatsApp chat.

On a free listing, the line under your link says "Your public link".

Customers see

your shop page when they open the link.

You can share your link with a QR code (a square code that a phone camera can read). See Share your shop link and QR code.

You can change your link on a Storefront.

  1. Tap your link in the Your link row, or the arrow on its right. Do not tap the copy icon. A sheet called Change your link opens. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.)
  2. Read the yellow note at the top. It says what happens to your old link.
  3. Delete the words in the New link box.
  4. Type the new end of your link, like aisha-cakes-male.
  5. Wait until "Link available" shows in green under the box. While it checks, it says "Checking availability…".
  6. Tap Change link at the bottom.
  7. Check the spelling in the second yellow note. It says, for example, "Confirm changing your shop link to shop.eveyla.com/aisha-cakes-male."
  8. Tap Confirm change.

The sheet closes. The Your link row shows your new link.

A link can have 3 to 40 small letters, numbers or dashes (-). No spaces. Capital letters become small letters. While you type, red words can show under the box. They go away when the link can be used.

Customers see

your shop page at the new link.

After you change it, share the new link everywhere you shared the old one. For example, your WhatsApp status and your social pages. Print new QR codes too.

Who can use it

Only the owner sees the link in Settings. Team members do not see Settings.

Copying your link is free on both plans. Changing it needs a Storefront.

Common mistakes

Another shop uses this link. Add a word to make it yours, like your island: aisha-cakes-addu. Do the same if a red message shows after you tap Confirm change.

This means the link cannot be used. Use only small letters, numbers and dashes, with no spaces. Use 3 to 40 of them. If you did and it still shows, that word cannot be used. Try a different link.

You tapped Change link too soon. Wait for "Link available" in green. Then tap Change link again.

On a free listing, the row only says "Your public link", and tapping it does nothing. Changing your link needs a Storefront. See Free listing and Storefront.

Tip

Change your link as little as you can. Your printed QR codes and old posts all use it. Pick a short link that is easy to say out loud. Then customers can type it after they hear it.
