Choose which items customers see first, and the order of items in each category.

What it is
There are two tools. Shop order sets the order of the items inside each category. Top of shop shows an item first, at the top of your shop page. Use them to show your best sellers and new items first. To change the order of the categories, see Sort items into categories.
Find it
For Shop order:
- Tap Items in the bar at the bottom.
- Tap the round … button at the top, on the right.
- Tap Shop order.
For Top of shop:
- Tap Items in the bar at the bottom.
- Tap the item's name or photo.
- Find Top of shop in the round buttons under the big Price tile.
If it is not there, tap All. It is the last round button. Top of shop is in the list that opens.
On a computer, Items is in the bar on the left. Shop order is in the row of buttons above your list. It shows when you have 2 or more items.
Every setting
Shop order
A sheet called Shop order opens. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.) It says "Drag to set the order in each section." Here, a section is a category.
To move an item:
- Press and hold the dots on the left of the item.
- Drag it up or down.
- Let go.
On the right of that line, it says "Saving", then "Saved". You do not need to tap a save button.
Each category is a block, with its name in capital letters. Each row shows an item's name and price, like "MVR 50". Items with no category are in the last block, "No category". An item can only move inside its own block. To put it in another category, see Sort items into categories.
If you have no items yet, the sheet says "There are no items to order yet." To close it, tap the X at the top right.
On a computer, the sheet opens on the right side of the screen.
Customers seethe items in each category in this order. Your Items page shows the same order.
Top of shop
Tap Top of shop. The button turns green. A message at the bottom says "At the top of your shop". To change it back, tap Undo on the message.
To turn it off later, tap Top of shop again. The message says "Not at the top". Every new item starts with it off. In All, the line under it says "Shown first on your shop".
What customers see depends on your shop's look. See Choose your shop's look.
- Shelf: the item comes first in your list, with a small "Featured" label.
- Market: a row called "Featured" above your items. Customers slide it sideways. Each card in it has a small "Deal" label.
- Feast: a part called "Popular right now" above your items. Each card has a "Bestseller" label. With 2 or more items, the cards change by themselves, with dots under them. A Popular button at the top jumps there.
On Market and Feast, the item also stays in its own category. Sold out items are left out of the row. So are items that have not opened yet with Launch later. The row hides while a customer searches. On Market, it also hides when they tap a category.

Top of shop for many items
- Tap Select on the Items page.
- Tap the items.
- Tap More at the bottom.
- Turn on the Top of shop switch.

Grow
Grow is your shop assistant in Eveyla. It may tell the owner "Your best seller sits 4th in Cakes". Its Move to top button moves that item to the top of its category. It uses Grow credits. See Grow: today's moves.
Who can use it
The owner, senior managers and managers can use Shop order and Top of shop. Staff do not see the Items tab.
Both come with a Storefront.
Common mistakes
I cannot drag an item into another category
Shop order only moves items inside their own category. Open the item and pick another category in Photos and details. Or use Select, then Move. See Sort items into categories.
The item jumped back after I let go
The new order did not save. A red message shows at the bottom, and the order goes back. Check your internet. Then drag the item again.
My new item is not where I want it
An item you add one at a time may show near the top of its category, not at the end. Open Shop order and drag it where you want.
My Top of shop item is not in the row
Check that the item is Shown, not Sold out. See Mark an item sold out or hide it. An item set to Launch later joins the row once it opens. The row also hides while a customer searches, or on Market after they tap a category.
I cannot find Shop order on my computer
The button shows when you have 2 or more items. Add another item first.
Tip
Put only 2 or 3 items at the top, like your best seller and something new. When every item is at the top, none of them stands out.
