What it is

The Support page is where you reach the Eveyla team. You can chat with Eveyla on WhatsApp. That is the fastest way. You can also write a short note in the app, called an issue. Later you can check if it is resolved (dealt with).

Find it

  1. Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
  2. Scroll down to Team & account.
  3. Tap Support. It says Report an issue to Eveyla under it.
Settings on a phone. In the Team & account group, the Support row is marked.

On a computer, Settings is in the bar on the left.

There are two other ways in:

  • On the Billing page, tap Help at the top right.
  • On a card that says Not included in your plan, tap Talk to Eveyla.

Every setting

Read the guide

The first card on the page. Tap Open the guide to open this guide. You may find your answer here before you ask.

Chat with us on WhatsApp

The card says "Fastest way to reach us."

  1. Tap Chat on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens a chat with Eveyla. A message is already typed for you, with your shop name and your shop link.
  2. Type your question after "My question:".
  3. Tap send in WhatsApp.

Report an issue

The card says "Stuck on something or seeing a bug? Send us a note. We'll get back to you."

  1. Type a short title in the Subject box.
  2. Write what happened in the Message box.
  3. Pick a Priority.
  4. Tap Send at the bottom of the card.

A green note says "Thanks. We'll get back to you shortly." The boxes empty, and your note shows under Your past issues.

Subject

A few words that say what is wrong, like "Slip will not upload". The box shows "Short description" in grey. You must fill it in. Until you do, Send is pale and does not work.

Message

Tell Eveyla what you tapped and what you saw. The box shows "Tell us what's happening" in grey. You can leave it empty. But a clear message gets you help faster.

Priority

Tap the box to pick Low, Medium or High. Medium is picked when you start. It tells Eveyla how soon you need help.

Your past issues

Your notes are listed here, newest first. Each one shows:

  • the subject
  • Open in orange, or Resolved in green (shown in capital letters)
  • the day and time it was sent
  • the first lines of the message

Open means Eveyla has not finished with it yet. Resolved means Eveyla has dealt with it. If there are no notes, it says "No issues yet."

Customers never see what you send on this page.

Who can use it

Support is for the shop owner. Senior managers, managers and staff do not see Settings or Billing. If you work in a shop team, ask the owner to contact Eveyla.

Support is free. It works on the free listing and on a Storefront.

Common mistakes

I can't tap Send

Type something in the Subject box first. Send stays pale while it is empty.

A red message shows when I tap Send

The message says "Something went wrong". Check your internet and tap Send again. If it still does not work, tap Chat on WhatsApp and ask there.

My WhatsApp chat is not in Your past issues

Your WhatsApp chat stays in WhatsApp. Read Eveyla's answers there.

My issue still says Open

Eveyla has not finished with it yet. If you need help fast, tap Chat on WhatsApp. It is the fastest way.

Tip

If something looks wrong on a screen, take a screenshot first. Then tap Chat on WhatsApp and send the screenshot with your question. The Report an issue card takes words only. A picture shows Eveyla the problem right away.
