Every setting

The Grow tab

The tab is only on the order board.

• An orange number on the tab means moves are waiting for you today. Grow leans out of the tab. The number goes away after you open Grow. It comes back on a new day when new moves wait.
• Grow sleeps in the tab when your shop is closed by its opening hours. He also sleeps when you pause orders.
• Grow waves the first time you see him each day.
• Sometimes the tab shows a plain green sprout instead of Grow. It works the same.

To move the tab, press it and slide your finger up or down. It stays where you leave it. You can also swipe the tab to the right to open Grow.

With a keyboard, press Tab until the Grow tab is picked. Then use the up and down arrow keys to move it.

Meet Grow, your shop assistant

You see this the first time you open Grow. It says Grow "looks at your orders every night and tells you what to do next to sell more." Three cards show what you get:

• Every morning, what to do today: up to 5 moves, biggest first.
• How your shop is doing: sales, best sellers and who comes back. This is free.
• AI help when you want it: captions, personal messages and item import. These use Grow credits.

A green note says how many free credits you get every month. Charts, daily moves and ready⁠-⁠made messages never use credits. See Grow credits.

At the bottom it says "Only you can see Grow. Staff can't."

To start:

1. Tap Show my first brief.
2. Wait while the Reading your shop screen shows.

Reading your shop

Grow reads your shop. The app says it "Takes about a minute the first time." A list ticks off each part:

• Orders from the last 90 days
• Items and stock
• Customers and credit book
• Your first 5 moves

When it is done, your moves show. You can close Grow while it reads. Tap the Grow tab again a little later to see your brief.

After the first day, a new brief is ready every morning at 6.

The top of Grow

• Grow and the day, like "Your shop assistant · Friday".
• An orange number with a small star (✦) shows how many Grow credits you have. Tap it to open Grow credits. See Grow credits.
• The arrow (‹) at the top right: closes Grow.

Today, How it's going and Ask Grow

These three tabs are under the top of Grow. You see them after your first brief.

• Today: your moves for today. When moves wait, it shows how many, like Today · 3. See Grow: today's moves.
• How it's going: free charts about your sales and customers. Also in Grow: today's moves.
• Ask Grow: ask a question about your shop. See Ask Grow a question.

Close Grow

• Tap the arrow (‹) at the top right.
• Or tap the dark part of the screen, next to Grow.
• Or swipe Grow to the left.

On a computer, you can also press Esc. On a wide computer screen, Grow opens beside your page. You can keep working on the page while Grow is open.

Messages at the top

Sometimes a message shows at the top of Grow:

• "You're offline. Numbers are from your last visit at" and a time. It also says "AI and sending need internet."
• "Today's brief is running late. You are seeing yesterday's. It updates by itself, nothing to do."
• "Couldn't load today's brief." Tap Try again. If Grow still has an older brief, it shows that one and says which day it is from.

Grow comes with a Storefront

On a free listing, Grow shows this screen instead. It says "Take orders online and Grow tells you every morning how to sell more. Your listing stays free."

Three ticked lines show what you get:

• Every morning, what to do today
• How your shop is doing
• AI help when you want it

Tap See Storefront to start a Storefront. See Free listing and Storefront.

Grow is paused with your Storefront

If your storefront is paused, Grow is paused too. The screen says "Pay your bill to bring both back."

A box shows your Balance. It says your credits are kept, and when your plan and free credits end. Top⁠-⁠up credits never end.

Tap Pay to restore to open Billing. See My storefront is paused.
