Bookings for more

Every setting

When you tap Bookings for more in the add⁠-⁠on store, a sheet opens. Its title is "Get Bookings for more". To pay for it:

1. Look at step 1 in the sheet. It says Transfer and the amount to send.
2. Tap the small copy button next to the account number.
3. Open your bank app.
4. Send exactly that amount to that account.
5. Take a screenshot of the finished transfer.
6. Go back to Eveyla.
7. Tap Add slip and send at the bottom.
8. Pick your screenshot. It is sent right away.

A sheet called Slip sent opens. It says "We're checking your slip for Bookings for more. It switches on as soon as it's checked." Tap Done.

While Eveyla checks your slip, the card says Checking slip. When it is on, the card says On your shop. To learn more about paying for add⁠-⁠ons, see Turn an add⁠-⁠on on or off.

When it is on

Everyone switched on in Who gets booked takes bookings. The Needs Bookings for more tags go away. You can also sell seats on trips. See Add a trip with seats.

Your calendar may show a short message, like "Bookings for more is on. Liya takes bookings now."

On Billing, the bookings line says, for example, "Bookings for more: Liya, and anyone you add".

Customers see

everyone who takes bookings. When two or more can do a service, customers can pick who.

In your free trial

In your free trial, you can add as many people, courts and boats as you like, and seats on trips. Nothing is paid in your trial, so there is nothing to buy here. When you tap the card, a short sheet called Bookings for more opens. Tap Got it to close it.

On Billing, the bookings line on your plan can end with Change. Tap it to open Who takes bookings. It says "Everyone switched on can be booked. One person, court or room is in your plan." Each one you added has a switch. One that is off says "Off, hours kept". Tap Done to close it.

When you add someone without it

Once bookings are open, you can add a second person, court or boat at any time. While you add them, a note may say, for example, "Liya takes bookings once you add Bookings for more". It also says "Liya's hours are saved either way."

When you tap Add, the add⁠-⁠on store opens with a sheet. At the top, a green line says "Liya is saved. Add Bookings for more so customers can book them." For a court or boat, it ends "book it".

• To add it now, pay in this sheet. Follow the steps under Every setting above.
• To add it later, tap Not now at the bottom.

Not now takes you back to Bookings settings, or to your calendar if you started there. Liya stays saved, with her hours. Customers can't book her until you add Bookings for more.

It can also open when you switch someone's Takes bookings back on.

Senior managers and managers do not see this sheet. A message says "Liya is saved. The shop owner can add Bookings for more so customers can book them."

In your free trial, this sheet does not open.

Someone waiting for it

Before anyone waits, a note under Who gets booked names the one in your plan, like "Shaha is in your plan."

Someone who waits for the add⁠-⁠on shows in Bookings settings with:

• "Off" after their name.
• An orange tag Needs Bookings for more, where their hours were.
• An orange note under the list, like "Liya is saved but off." It says customers can't pick them, and their hours are kept.

Their own sheet still shows Takes bookings switched on. Leave it on.

As the owner, you also see Add Bookings for more under the list. It opens the same sheet to pay. Pick who takes bookings may show too. See Who keeps taking bookings? below.

On your calendar, they have no lane on most days. A lane is their own column. On a day they have a booking, their lane shows. Their free time there says Closed to new bookings. Nothing happens when you tap it.

Customers see

Liya is not offered when they book. A service only Liya does shows Message to book. So does a trip with seats.

Who keeps taking bookings?

Without Bookings for more, one person, court or room takes new bookings. You can choose which one.

1. In Bookings settings, tap Pick who takes bookings under the list. A sheet called Who keeps taking bookings? opens.
2. Tap the one who should take new bookings.
3. Tap the green button at the bottom. It says, for example, "Keep Shaha taking bookings".

A short message says, for example, "Shaha takes new bookings".

Once bookings are open, Pick who takes bookings shows when two or more people, courts or rooms are switched on. Under the sheet's title, it says "One person, court or room is in your plan." Each choice shows a name, and "No coming bookings" or how many, like "3 coming bookings". The one in your plan now is picked when the sheet opens.

Boats and classes with seats are not in the list. Seats always need Bookings for more.

Under the list, a note says what happens to the others. For example: "Liya keeps their 3 coming bookings, and you serve them as usual. Customers can't book them until you add Bookings for more."

As the owner, you also see Add Bookings for more at the bottom of the sheet.

Stop Bookings for more

1. Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
2. Tap the Add⁠-⁠ons card near the top.
3. Scroll down to Sell more ways. The Bookings for more card says On your shop.
4. Tap Bookings for more. A sheet opens. Its title is "Stop Bookings for more?".
5. Tap Stop at the end of this bill.

To keep it, tap Keep it instead.

The sheet says how long it stays on, like "Bookings for more stays on until 4 Nov". Those days are already paid. Days already paid aren't refunded. A grey note says: "After 4 Nov, one person, court or room takes new bookings, and you pick who. The others keep their coming bookings."

After you stop it, the card says, for example, "Ends 4 Nov".

Changed your mind? Tap the card again. Then tap the button at the bottom. It says "Keep Bookings for more". You can do this until you pay your next bill.

When it stops

On the day it stops, one person, court or room takes new bookings. Everyone stays saved, with their hours. Your settings are kept.

• The others keep their coming bookings. You serve them as usual.
• Customers can't make new bookings with the others.
• In Bookings settings, the others show Needs Bookings for more.
• A sheet called Who keeps taking bookings? can open on your calendar. Under its title, it says "Bookings for more has stopped." Tap who takes new bookings, then tap the green button.
