Set up your shop

Tell customers who you are, when you are open, how they get their order and how they pay.

  1. 1Add your logo, name and descriptionPut your shop name, your logo and a few words about your shop on your shop page.
  2. 2Set your opening hoursChoose the days and times customers can order from your shop.
  3. 3Pause and restart ordersStop new orders for a while when you are busy or away, then start them again with one tap.
  4. 4Choose your shop categoryTell customers what you sell, so your shop shows on the right page of the Eveyla shop list.
  5. 5Set your island and addressTell customers which island you are on and where your shop is, with a Google Maps pin.
  6. 6Add your phone, WhatsApp, Viber and social linksChoose how customers can call or message you, and add your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Telegram.
  7. 7Your shop linkCopy your shop link to share it, or change the words at the end of it.
  8. 8Choose how customers get their orderChoose if you deliver, if customers collect from you, or if they eat at your shop.
  9. 9Set where you deliver and your feesChoose the islands you deliver to, your delivery fee, a minimum order and free delivery.
  10. 10Let customers pick upLet customers collect their order from your shop, and tell them where to come.
  11. 11Take dine-in ordersLet customers order online, then come and eat at your shop.
  12. 12Add your bank account, PayPal and cash on deliveryLet customers pay you by bank transfer, PayPal or cash when the order arrives.
  13. 13Set delivery days and timesTell customers the days and times you deliver, and how soon their order arrives.
  14. 14Send far orders by ferrySend orders to far islands on the customer's boat, with your own charge and a note.
  15. 15Deliver up to the doorLet customers pay a little extra to have the rider bring the order up to their door.

  22. 22Choose your shop's lookPick Shelf, Market or Feast for your shop page, then open your shop to check it.
  23. 23Add a headline to your shop pageWrite a short headline and one line about your shop for the top of your shop page.
  24. 24Hide or show your shopHide your whole shop so customers cannot open or find it, and show it again later.
