What Eveyla is

Eveyla is an app for running your shop from your phone. Customers open your shop page and order. You see each order, get it ready and mark it done. You can also sell to people standing in your shop.

Your shop has its own link, like shop.eveyla.com/your-shop. A link is the web address customers tap to open your shop page. Send it on WhatsApp, Viber or Instagram.

To share it:

  1. Tap Orders in the bar at the bottom. On a free listing, tap Home instead.
  2. Tap the QR code button at the top right. (A QR code is a square pattern that a phone camera can read.) A sheet called Share your shop opens. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.)

See Share your shop link and QR code.

The order board

The order board is the first screen after you sign in. Its tab is Orders. Every online order lands here.

  • Live shows orders you still need to work on. They sit in groups, like Needs you, Waiting for payment, In progress and Later. The group names are in capital letters.
  • Done shows orders that are finished or cancelled.

New orders show up by themselves. See The order board.

The Counter

The Counter is the screen for selling to someone standing in front of you. Its tab is called POS. You tap items, then tap Charge. Counter sales go into your reports with your online orders. The Counter keeps working when the internet drops.

See Make a sale at the Counter. If you do not see POS at the bottom, see Turn on the Counter.

The bar at the bottom

  • Orders: the order board.
  • POS: the Counter.
  • Items: the things you sell. Add, change or hide them.
  • Insights: how your shop is doing.
  • Settings: your shop details, delivery, payments and more.

On a Storefront, the owner sees every tab. Your team sees fewer. For example, staff see Orders and POS. See What each role can do.

On a free listing, the owner sees Home and Settings only.

As the owner, you also have Grow, your shop assistant. On a phone, Grow is a small green tab. It sits on the left edge of the order board. See Meet Grow, your shop assistant.

On a computer, the tabs are in the bar on the left. Grow is at the top of that bar.

Free listing or Storefront

Every shop is one of these:

  • Storefront: customers fill a basket and order on your shop page. Orders come to your order board. You also get the Counter, Insights, a team and more. A Storefront is paid. The price shows in the app before you pay.
  • Free listing: a free page with up to 5 items. Customers cannot order on the page. They pick items and tap WhatsApp or Viber to send you a message. Your first tab says Home, not Orders.

When you sign up, you tap Start free trial. Your shop starts as a Storefront on a free trial. A line at the top of the app shows the days left. For example: "Free trial · 12 days left". If you do not pay when the trial ends, your shop becomes a free listing. Your link stays the same.

See Free listing and Storefront.

Tip

Put your shop link in your WhatsApp status and on your social media pages. Every customer who taps it lands on your shop page. See Tips: where to share your link.
