Open Share your shop
Most tips start here.
- Tap your shop name at the top left. The shop menu opens.
- Tap Copy link & QR. A sheet called Share your shop opens. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.)
On a wide computer screen, tap your shop card at the bottom of the bar on the left.
On the order board, you can also tap the QR code button at the top right. On a free listing, it is on Home.
The sheet makes a card with your shop name and a QR code. Most cards also show your link. A QR code is a square pattern that a phone camera can read. Customers point their phone camera at it, and your shop opens.
You can pick five sizes of card: Share, Story, Counter, Door and Sticker. While a card is being made, the buttons say Preparing…. Wait a moment. See Share your shop link and QR code.
Post it on your WhatsApp status
- In Share your shop, tap Story. Under it, it says "For WhatsApp and Instagram status".
- Tap Share card. Your phone's share menu opens with the card and your link.
- Tap WhatsApp.
- Pick your status.
Post it again when you have something new, like a new item or a sale.
To send the card in a chat or a group, tap Share instead of Story. Under it, it says "For WhatsApp and Viber".
Put your link in your profiles
- In Share your shop, tap your link at the bottom. Copy on the right changes to Copied.
- Open Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
- Paste the link in your profile, where people read about you.
The owner can also copy it in Settings, under Your link. Tap the small copy button next to the link. It says Copied. See Your shop link.
On a Storefront, your shop page can also show your Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Telegram. See Add your phone, WhatsApp, Viber and social links.
Put a QR card in your shop
- In Share your shop, tap a size to print:
- Counter: a card for where customers pay. It says "A6 · 105 × 148 mm".
- Door: a square for your door or window. It says "100 × 100 mm".
- Sticker: a small sticker. It says "60 × 60 mm".
- Tap Save image. The card is saved on your phone.
- Print it at the size the app shows, like 100 × 100 mm. Use a print shop or your own printer.
On an iPhone, Save image opens the share menu. Choose to save the image to Photos.
Print one card first. Scan it with your phone camera. If it opens your shop, print more. If the app says "Small print. Test one before you print a batch.", try a bigger size.
If you change your shop link later, print new cards. Old cards show your old link.
Reply with your link
When a customer asks "What do you have?" or "How much is it?", send your link. They can see your items and prices on your shop page.
- In Share your shop, tap your link at the bottom. It changes to Copied.
- Open the chat with the customer.
- Paste the link.
- Tap send.
To send one item, see Share one item.
Who can use it
Everyone in your team can open Share your shop. Your shop link and QR cards are free on both plans.
If this happens
"Your shop isn't live yet, so this link won't work for customers."
Your shop is not open to customers yet. Do not share or print the link while this line shows. Go back to the order board. The box at the top says what to do. See Pay your Eveyla bill.
"Couldn't copy. Long press the link to copy it."
Press and hold your link in the sheet until your phone offers to copy it. If it does not, tap Share card and pick the chat instead.
"Couldn't make the image. Try again"
Tap Try again next to the message.
"Couldn't save. Try again"
Tap Save image or Share card again.
Tip
Add your logo before you print. The Share, Story and Counter cards show it. See Add your logo, name and description.
