Where they arrive

  • By email: Eveyla emails the address you sign in with. The subject of each email starts with "Eveyla:". To see your email, tap your shop name at the top left. The shop menu says "Signed in as", then your email. To change it, ask Eveyla. See Contact Eveyla.
  • On your phone: a message pops up on phones where order alerts are on. See Get a ping for every new order.
  • On Telegram: news from Eveyla also comes to your shop's Telegram chat, if you connected one. See Get orders on Telegram.

Messages about your Eveyla bill go to the owner only. Team members' alert settings say: "Messages about the shop's Eveyla plan go to the owner only."

The button in each bill email opens the Billing page. So does tapping a bill message on your phone. Sign in if Eveyla asks. To pay, see Pay your Eveyla bill.

Need help with a bill? Tap Message Eveyla on WhatsApp at the bottom of the email.

Before your free trial ends

Eveyla reminds you 3 days before your Storefront trial ends, and again the day before.

  • On your phone: "Trial ending soon", then "Last day of your trial".
  • By email: "Eveyla: 3 days left on your free trial", then "Eveyla: Your free trial ends tomorrow".

The email says the day your trial ends and how much the Storefront costs. It shows Eveyla's bank account. It says: "Paying early does not cost you trial days. Your paid time starts when the trial ends."

To keep your Storefront, tap Pay and keep my storefront in the email.

If you do not want to pay, you do not need to do anything. The email says: "Not continuing? No action needed. Your shop stays listed for free, and you can turn the storefront back on any time from your dashboard."

Before your bill is due

When you pay for a Storefront, Eveyla reminds you 3 days before your bill date. It reminds you again the day before.

  • On your phone: "Storefront renews in 3 days", then "Storefront payment due tomorrow".
  • By email: a subject like "Eveyla: Payment for Aisha Bakes is due in 3 days", with your shop's name.

The email says the day your shop is paid until, and how much the next month costs. It shows Eveyla's bank account and a Pay now button. It also says that paying early never costs you days.

Already paid and sent your slip (the photo of your bank transfer)? The email says: "Already sent your slip? Thank you, you can ignore this email."

When your bill is late

If no payment comes in, Eveyla sends two more reminders.

  • The day after your bill date: "Payment overdue" on your phone. The email is called "Eveyla: Payment for Aisha Bakes was due yesterday". It says your storefront is still on, and the day it will pause.
  • The day before it pauses: "Final notice" on your phone. The email is called "Eveyla: Final notice, Aisha Bakes pauses tomorrow".

Pay and send your slip right away. Tap Pay now in the email, or tap the message on your phone.

The email says what pausing means: "Cart, checkout and order board switch off." Checkout is the last page, where customers place the order. Your shop stays in the shop list as a free listing. Your items, reviews and settings stay saved. "As soon as your slip is approved, everything comes back as it was." See My storefront is paused.

Payment received

When Eveyla has checked your payment, you get a receipt by email. The subject says what you paid for:

  • "Eveyla: Payment received for Aisha Bakes" for your Storefront
  • "Eveyla: Grow credits received for Aisha Bakes"
  • "Eveyla: Add-on payment received for Aisha Bakes"
  • "Eveyla: Top-up received for Aisha Bakes" when you pay for a change in the middle of a yearly plan

The receipt has a green Payment received label at the top. For a top-up, it says Top-up received. The receipt shows the amount you paid. For your Storefront, it also shows the day you are paid until. It has a receipt number, like "No. EVY-0045", and a list of what you paid for. Tap Open billing to go to your Billing page.

The email says: "Keep this email as your receipt."

News from Eveyla

Sometimes Eveyla sends news to shops. For example, about something new in the app.

  • On your phone, it pops up like an order alert. Tap it to open the page it links to.
  • In your shop's Telegram chat, it comes from Eveyla Bot. The title is in bold, then the text, then a link.

News reaches every phone where order alerts are on, team members' phones too. On Telegram, only the shop's chat gets it. The chats that senior managers and managers connect for themselves do not.

Grow can also send your shop's Telegram chat a morning brief. It can send a short summary of your week and month too. See Get Grow's morning brief on Telegram.

Other emails

When a new shop opens with a Storefront, Eveyla emails the owner "Eveyla: Aisha Bakes is live". It lists three things to do first. See Open your shop.

When a shop adds you to its team, you get "Eveyla: You're invited to help run Aisha Bakes". See Join a shop's team.

If you tap Forgot password? on the sign-in page, Eveyla emails you "Eveyla: Reset your password". Tap Reset password in it to choose a new one. If you did not ask for it, you can ignore it. This email comes on the free listing too. See Sign in, sign out and reset your password.

If this happens

I do not get the messages on my phone

Phone messages only come where order alerts are on. Turn them on while you are signed in as the owner. See Get a ping for every new order. Emails still come either way.

I can't find the emails

Look in your spam or junk folder. Search your email for "Eveyla:". Make sure you look in the right email. It is shown in the shop menu, after "Signed in as".

I paid, but I still got a reminder

Open the Billing page. If it says Checking your payment, Eveyla has your slip and is checking it. You can ignore the reminder. The email says so too: "Already sent your slip? Thank you, you can ignore this email."

Billing may still ask you to pay. Then Eveyla does not have your slip, or could not accept it. Look under Payments on the Billing page. A red note under a payment says why it was not accepted. Then send your slip again. See Pay your Eveyla bill.

My manager got the news but not the bill reminder

That is normal. Bill emails and bill messages go to the owner only. News goes to every phone with order alerts on.

Tip

Pay when the first reminder comes, 3 days before your bill date. The email says: "Slips are checked by a person, so paying a day or two early means no gap." Paying early does not cost you any days.
