What it is

One Eveyla login can have more than one shop. For example, a cake shop and a clothes shop. You can also work in someone else's shop as a team member. All your shops are in the shop menu. Tap one to go to it.

Find it

  1. Tap your shop name at the top left of the order board. The shop menu opens.
  2. Look under Switch shop (shown in capital letters). Your shops are there.

On a wide computer screen, tap the shop card instead. It is at the bottom of the bar on the left.

Every setting

Switch shop

Under Switch shop, you see all your shops, from A to Z. The shop you are in has a green tick.

  1. Tap your shop name at the top left.
  2. Tap the shop you want.

The menu closes. Eveyla now shows that shop, and its name is at the top left. Next time you open Eveyla on this phone, it opens this shop.

What you see depends on your role in that shop. For example, staff see fewer tabs in the bar at the bottom. Some pages are not for every role. If you were on one, you go back to the order board. See What each role can do.

Pending

A shop with an orange Pending label (shown in capital letters) is not live yet. Customers cannot see it. To make it live, see Pay your Eveyla bill.

Add another shop

  1. Tap your shop name at the top left.
  2. Tap Add another shop, under your shops. A page called Open your shop opens.
  3. Type the new shop's name in the Shop name box.
  4. Look at the shop link under the name. Wait for the green tick next to it. If a Shop link box opens instead, the link is taken. See the mistakes below.
  5. Tap the Island box.
  6. Tap your island. You can type its name to find it.
  7. Type your phone number in the Phone number box, after +960.
  8. Tap the What you sell box.
  9. Tap what you sell.
  10. Tap Start free trial at the bottom. It says "Starting…" for a moment.

Eveyla opens your new shop. A page called How do you want to start? helps you add your first item. See Your first minutes in the app.

Your first shop is still under Switch shop. Each box on the form works the same as when you opened your first shop. See Open your shop.

Did you sign up with Google again by mistake? Then a page says "You already have an Eveyla account". It has a button like Add "Aisha Cakes" as a second shop, with your new shop's name. It opens this same form.

Who can use it

Anyone who is signed in. Team members see Add another shop too. When you add a shop, you are its owner. Your role in your other shops stays the same.

Each shop has its own plan and its own bill. Switching shops is free on both plans.

Common mistakes

I can't find my other shop

Check that you signed in with the same email or Google account. At the bottom of the shop menu, it says "Signed in as" and your email. If you were on a team, the owner may have removed you.

Another shop has this link. It may be your own first shop. Type a new link in the Shop link box. For example, add your island: aisha-cakes-addu. Wait for the green tick.

I get no alerts for my new shop

Switch to the new shop. Open order alerts there. If it does not say Order alerts are on, turn them on. Owners, see Get a ping for every new order. Team members, see Order alerts for your team.

It says Fill in the parts marked in red

A box on the form is empty or not right. Under each red box, a line says what to add. For example, "Pick your island or area." Fix each red box. Then tap Start free trial again.

It says No shop yet

Your login has no shop now. This can happen when an owner removes you from their team.

Tip

Check the shop name at the top left before you take an order or change a price. It shows which shop you are in. On a wide computer screen, it is on the shop card in the bar on the left.
