Every setting

A tip card

The screen goes dark. The part Grow talks about stays bright. Grow stands on top of the card.

A card has:

• a title and a short text.
• a count at the top, like "1 of 4", and small dots. These show when there is more than one card.
• a green button, like Next, Done or Got it.
• Skip tips, on most cards.

Tap the green button to go on. If a card points at a tab you do not have, Grow skips that card.

Owner tour

New owners get a tour of 4 cards on the order board. It starts with "Every order lands here". After the 4th card, one more card says "One last thing". It has two buttons: Share my link and Place a test order first. See Your first minutes in the app.

Team tour

When you join a shop's team, Grow shows you around the first time you open the order board.

The first card welcomes you. Staff see "You're on the team at" and the shop name. Managers see "You're a manager at", and senior managers see "You're a senior manager at". Tap Show me around.

Then Grow points at each tab you can use:

• Orders: "Every order lands here". New orders wait under Needs you.
• POS: "Selling in person". You make sales here.
• Items, for managers and senior managers: "Keep the shelf right".
• Insights, for senior managers: "How the shop is doing".

Tap Next on each card, and Done on the last one.

First⁠-⁠visit tips

The first time you open these pages, Grow explains them:

• Items (owner, senior manager, manager): "Sold out for today?" and "Add more any time".
• Settings (owner): "Start with delivery", "How customers pay you" and "Never miss an order".
• Insights (owner, senior manager): "Your shop in numbers" and "Reports".
• POS (everyone): "Selling at the counter".
• Set up your shop (owner): "A few things left".

Each tip shows once. It does not show again on another phone either.

Welcome back. Ready for your first item?

This card is for an owner. It shows on your order board while your shop has no items. It says: "Anyone who opens your link sees an empty shop right now. One item is enough to start taking orders."

• Add an item: opens Your first item. See Your first minutes in the app.
• Not today: closes the card until tomorrow.

Other cards from Grow

• After "What brought you to Eveyla?", Grow shows one card on the page you picked. It is "Start here", "This is your credit book" or "This is your Counter". The Counter is the POS tab. See Your first minutes in the app.
• When your first orders come in, Grow explains each step, with cards like "Your first order". These cards show even when tips are off. See Your first order, step by step.

Skip tips

Tap Skip tips on a card. Grow asks "Turn off all tips?" and says: "Grow won't pop up on new screens any more. Your first⁠-⁠order guide still shows, because it matters. You can bring tips back from Settings, under Support."

• Turn off tips: stops the tours, the first⁠-⁠visit tips and the "Welcome back" card. This is for you, on every phone you use.
• Keep showing tips: takes you back to the card.

The card says "under Support". The Turn tips back on row is in the Team & account card, below Support.

Show me around again

Tap it to see the tour again, from the start. Your order board opens and the tour starts. It works even when tips are off. On a computer, the cards point at the bar on the left.

It is in Settings, in Team & account. It is also under the list on Set up your shop.

Turn tips back on

This row shows in Team & account only after you tapped Turn off tips. If it is not there, your tips are already on. Tap it to turn tips on again. The row goes away.

Tips you already saw do not come back. A page you have not opened yet shows its tip the first time you open it. To see the tour again, tap Show me around again.
