Get and see reviews
Read the stars and short notes customers give when they rate an order.

What it is
A review is a rating from 1 to 5 stars. Customers give it after you finish their order. They can add a short note. Reviews show on your shop page, so new customers can see what others think. You can read them all on your Reviews page.
Find it
- Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
- Scroll down to Promos & reviews.
- Tap Reviews. It says Customer ratings under it.
On a computer, Settings is in the bar on the left.
If you do not see Promos & reviews, your shop is a free listing. Reviews need a Storefront. See Free listing and Storefront.
After your first review, your team can also open the page from the shop menu:
- Tap your shop name at the top left. The shop menu opens.
- Find Reviews (in small capital letters).
- Tap the row under it. It shows a star, your average and the number of reviews, like "4.7 · 12 reviews".
- If the menu is still open, tap the X at the top right. Your Reviews page is behind it.
On a wide computer screen, tap your shop card at the bottom of the bar on the left.
Every setting
There is nothing to switch on. Customers can rate as soon as you finish an order.
How customers rate
When the order is finished, tap Mark delivered on its card on your order board. For pickup, it says Mark collected. For dine-in, it says Mark done. If you opened the order, the button says Mark as delivered, Mark as collected or Mark as done. See Accept an order and move it along.
Then the customer can rate:
- Five stars show on the customer's order page. This is the page they see after they order. See What customers see after they order.
- The customer taps a star. 1 star is the lowest. 5 stars is the highest.
- They can tap Add a note.
- They type a few words.
- They tap Send.
If they do not tap Add a note, the stars are sent by themselves a moment later.
Customers see"Thanks, sent to" and your shop name. Then "Thanks for rating." with their stars.
The receipt on their order page also has a Rate your order button. It takes them to the stars.
Each order can be rated one time. Cancelled and refunded orders cannot be rated.
Reviews page
This is your list of reviews. You can read them here. The small line above the title ends with Read-only (in capital letters). There is no way to answer, hide or delete a review.
At the top, you see:
- your average, like 4.7, with stars
- how many reviews you have, like "12 reviews"
- a bar for each star, from 5 down to 1, with how many reviews gave it
Below that, the newest review is first. Each review shows:
- the customer's first name and the first letter of their last name, like "Aisha M."
- their stars
- their note, if they wrote one
- the order number and the date, like "Order #25 · 16 Oct 2026"
When you have no reviews, the page says "No reviews yet" and "They'll appear here after delivered orders are rated."
What customers say
This is the reviews box on your shop page. It is below your items.
Customers seea box called "What customers say".
Before your first rating, it says "No ratings yet. Ratings come only from delivered orders." If your shop uses the Shelf look, the box stays hidden until your first rating.
After your first rating, the box shows:
- your average and stars
- the number of ratings, like "12 verified ratings", and "Only from orders that were delivered"
- bars for each star, when not all ratings are the same
- up to 4 reviews. Reviews with a note come first.
Each review shows the customer's name, like "Aisha M.", or "Guest" when there is no name. It also shows the date, the stars and the customer's note, if they wrote one. Next to the stars is a word:
- 5 stars: "Loved it"
- 4 stars: "Liked it"
- 3 stars: "It was OK"
- 2 stars: "Not great"
- 1 star: "Poor"
When there are more reviews, customers can tap Read all 12 reviews. A sheet called Reviews opens with all of them. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.) Customers can tap a button like "5 ★ 9" to see only the 5 star reviews. All 12 shows every review again.
On the Feast look, customers can also tap Reviews in the row of tabs at the top. It takes them to this box.
At the top of your shop page, your stars and number of ratings show near your shop name. The stars show next to your shop in the Eveyla shop list too. See Your shop in the Eveyla shop list.

Who can use it
Only the owner sees Reviews in Settings. After your first review, everyone in your team can open the Reviews page from the shop menu. Nobody in your team can change or delete a review.
Reviews need a Storefront. A free listing does not take orders in the app, so it does not get reviews.
Common mistakes
A customer says they cannot rate
If the order is not finished, there are no stars on their order page. Move the order to its last step: tap Mark delivered, Mark collected or Mark done. Then the stars show. Do the same if they see "The order isn't marked delivered yet."
If they see "You've already rated this order.", the order already has a rating. Each order can be rated one time.
I want to answer or delete a bad review
You cannot answer, hide or delete reviews. Contact the customer to fix the problem. If you think something is wrong with a review, tell Eveyla. See Contact Eveyla.
My shop page still says No ratings yet
Customers can rate only orders you have finished. Mark each order delivered when it is done. If you use the Shelf look, the box shows after your first rating.
Tip
Tap Mark delivered as soon as the customer has the order. The stars then show on their order page while they still remember the order. When you hand it over, ask them to tap the stars and add a few words.
