What it is

The Customers tab in Insights is about the people who bought in the days you pick. Each card shows only when it has something to show. To see each customer one by one, see Your customers. To learn how Insights works and how to pick days, see See how your shop is doing.

Find it

  1. Tap Insights in the bar at the bottom.
  2. Tap Customers at the top. It is the third tab.

On a computer, Insights is in the bar on the left. The tabs are next to the Insights title.

Every setting

The days you see

At the top of the dark card is a pill (a round-ended button). It shows the days you see, like This month. Tap it to pick other days. Or use the two arrows at the right end of the same line. See See how your shop is doing.

People who bought

The dark card shows People who bought and a number. Under it, side by side: "8 had bought before" and "4 new faces". Then comes a small figure for each person. The light green figures are the people who had bought before. With more than 128 people, it says "Showing the first 128."

If nobody shows, the card says "No customers with a phone number this month yet."

Busiest time of day

This card names your busiest time. For example: "Your mornings are busiest. 40 in every 100 orders come then." Under it are four dots on a curve, like the sun across the sky: Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night. Each shows its number of orders.

From a visit to an order

This card shows how many people opened your shop page and how many ordered. For example, "120 opened your shop" and "6 ordered". Under it is a line like "5% of visitors ordered online."

If people tapped your WhatsApp button, it also says how many, like "3 tapped WhatsApp to ask first."

Where they are

This card shows the islands with the most orders as blue bubbles. Each bubble shows its number of orders. The island's name is in the bubble or next to it. The biggest bubble has the most orders.

How they order and pay

This card has two circles:

  • The first shows how many orders were online, like "70% online". Under it is a line like "14 online · 6 counter". Online orders come from your shop page. Counter orders are sales at the Counter (the POS tab).
  • The second shows the part paid by bank transfer, like "60% transfer". Under it, it says "Transfer · cash · cash on delivery".

Reviews

When your shop has reviews, a card shows your average stars, like "4.6". It also shows the number of reviews, like "12 reviews". Under it is your newest review in quotes, with the customer's name. See Get and see reviews.

All customers

The All customers button is at the bottom. It opens your Customers page, with each person who bought from you. See Your customers.

Who can use it

The owner and senior managers can open the Customers tab. Managers and staff do not see Insights.

It needs a Storefront. It is not part of the free listing.

Common mistakes

People who bought says 0

The card says "No customers with a phone number this month yet." Only customers with a phone number count here. An order with no phone number does not show in this card. To see other days, tap the left arrow, or tap the pill.

A card is missing

Each card shows only when it has something to show. For example, From a visit to an order needs people to open your shop page. Share your shop link to bring people in. See Share your shop link and QR code.

I want to see one customer's orders

This tab shows everyone together. Tap All customers at the bottom, then tap the person. See Your customers.

Tip

Look at From a visit to an order. If many people open your shop but few order, try better photos and clearer prices. See Tips: photos, names and prices.
