What it is
You can add Eveyla to your phone's home screen. Then it opens with one tap, like an app. The card says: "Opens like an app. Stays signed in." On iPhone, order alerts only work when Eveyla is on your home screen.
Find it
- Tap Settings in the bar at the bottom.
- Tap the Get the Eveyla app card at the top. It opens and shows the steps for your phone.
If the card is not there, scroll down to Team & account. Tap Get the Eveyla app. The card opens at the top of the page.
If you see neither, you already opened Eveyla from your home screen. You are done.
Every setting
The card shows the right steps for your phone. For a few seconds, a black label also points at the button to tap. For example: "Share is down here".
iPhone
- Tap Share. In Safari, it is at the bottom of the screen. In other browsers, it is next to the address bar.
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add at the top.
- Back in Eveyla, tap Done, it's on my home screen.
The card says: "Can't see Add to Home Screen? Scroll down in that menu." In other browsers it says: "Can't see it? Scroll down in the Share menu, or open this page in Safari."
Android
- Tap ⋮ (three dots) at the top right.
- Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install to confirm.
- Back in Eveyla, tap Done, it's on my home screen.
Install Eveyla
On some Android phones, the closed card says "Add it to your home screen in one tap". The open card then has a green Install Eveyla button.
- Tap Install Eveyla.
- Your phone asks if you want to add Eveyla. Tap the button to agree.
The app says "Eveyla is on your home screen". The card goes away.
Open Eveyla in Safari first
You see this when you opened Eveyla inside Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Snapchat. These apps cannot add Eveyla to your home screen. The closed card says "Open in your browser to install". When you tap the card, its title changes to Open Eveyla in Safari first. On Android, it says Open Eveyla in Chrome first.
- Tap ••• (three dots) at the top right.
- Tap Open in external browser. Eveyla opens in Safari (Chrome on Android).
- If Eveyla asks, sign in.
- Tap the Get the Eveyla app card at the top of Settings. The steps for your phone show.
Or copy the link instead:
- Tap Copy link, then paste it in Safari. On Android, the button says Chrome. The app says "Link copied".
- Open Safari (Chrome on Android).
- Tap the box at the top of the browser.
- Paste the link.
- Tap Go or Enter on the keyboard. Eveyla opens.
- If Eveyla asks, sign in.
- Tap the Get the Eveyla app card at the top of Settings.
If the app says "Couldn't copy the link. Try again.", tap the button again.

Done, it's on my home screen
Tap this after you add Eveyla. The card goes away. The app says: "Hidden. Find it anytime in Settings, under Support." To bring the card back, tap Undo.
The X on the card
The X hides the card. You see the same message, with Undo. To open the card again later, tap Get the Eveyla app in Team & account.
On a computer
On a computer, the card shows a QR code (a square code that a phone camera can read). It says "Get the Eveyla app on your phone".
- Open the camera on your phone.
- Point it at the QR code on your computer screen.
- Tap the link your camera shows. Eveyla opens on your phone, on the Settings page.
- If Eveyla asks, sign in.
- Tap the Get the Eveyla app card at the top.
- Follow the steps for your phone.
The X at the top right hides this card.
After you add it
Tap Eveyla on your home screen. The Eveyla shop list opens, with your shop at the top under "Your shop". Tap Order board to see your orders. On a free listing, it opens Home. See Your shop in the Eveyla shop list.
Who can use it
Only the owner sees this card, because it is on the Settings page. Team members can do the same on their own phone. Open Eveyla in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Then follow steps 1 to 3 for your phone, above.
It is free on both plans.
Common mistakes
I can't see Add to Home Screen
Scroll down in the Share menu. On iPhone, open Eveyla in Safari if your browser does not show it.
The card says Open Eveyla in Safari first
You opened Eveyla inside another app, like Instagram.
- Tap ••• at the top right.
- Tap Open in external browser.
- If Eveyla asks, sign in.
- Tap the card again.
I closed the card by mistake
Tap Undo in the message. Or scroll down to Team & account. Tap Get the Eveyla app. The message says "under Support", but the row is in Team & account.
My iPhone doesn't ping me for orders
iPhone only sends alerts from apps on the home screen. Add Eveyla first. Then open it from your home screen and turn on alerts.
In Settings, the Order alerts sheet may show Show me how. (A sheet is a panel that covers part of the screen.) Tap it. The sheet closes, and the card opens at the top of Settings. See Get a ping for every new order.

Put Eveyla on the first page of your home screen. Then your shop is always one tap away.
