Eveyla — Customer Terms

These Customer Terms apply when you use Eveyla to browse shops and place orders. By using Eveyla or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Eveyla.

1. What Eveyla is

Eveyla is an online storefront and ordering tool. It lets local shops, restaurants, and home kitchens (“Shops”) show their products and take orders.

Eveyla provides the technology only. Eveyla is not the seller: it does not own the products, does not prepare or deliver orders, and does not handle payment. Your order is a direct agreement between you and the Shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on Eveyla.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy from the Shop. The Shop confirms, prepares, and delivers it.

Prices, availability, delivery fee, minimum order, and delivery areas are set by the Shop and shown before you order. Your order total is calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

You pay the Shop directly — by cash on delivery or bank transfer, depending on what the Shop offers. Eveyla never collects or holds your money. If you pay by bank transfer, you may upload a receipt so the Shop can confirm it. The Shop marks your order as paid.

5. Delivery

The Shop delivers your order using its own delivery. Eveyla shows you a live status (received, preparing, on the way, delivered) for convenience only. Times and statuses are estimates provided by the Shop.

6. Cancellations, refunds, and problems

Because your order is with the Shop, any cancellation, refund, missing item, quality issue, or complaint is handled by the Shop. You can reach the Shop using the Call, WhatsApp, or Viber buttons on your order page.

Eveyla is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for the products, delivery, or refunds — but we may help connect you with the Shop.

7. Reviews

After an order is delivered, you can leave one rating and an optional comment. Please be honest and fair. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, or false. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Eveyla. That includes no fraud, no fake orders, no interfering with or disrupting the service, no attempting to break its security, and no using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Your information

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service provided “as is”

Eveyla is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eveyla (Propera PVT LTD) is not liable for the products you buy, for the acts or omissions of any Shop, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any disputes are subject to the courts of the Maldives.
