These Shop Terms apply to shops, restaurants, and home kitchens (“you”, “the Shop”) that use Eveyla to run a storefront. By creating a shop or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Eveyla gives you a hosted storefront, catalog, cart, checkout, a live order board, and order records.
Eveyla is the technology (“the rails”). It is not your agent, does not buy or sell your products, does not handle your money, and does not deliver your orders.
You are responsible for:
Customers pay you directly by cash on delivery or bank transfer. Eveyla never collects or holds your order money and takes no commission on your sales. You’re responsible for marking orders as paid, and for your own taxes and bookkeeping.
You pay Eveyla a flat monthly fee — never a commission. The fee is billed offline: you upload a payment receipt, and Eveyla reviews it and activates your storefront. If your fee becomes overdue, your storefront may be automatically paused until payment is confirmed. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for your staff’s access and for what they do on your account. Staff have an orders-only view and cannot change your prices or settings.
Your customers remain yours — Eveyla does not market to them or move them to other shops. You must handle customer information lawfully, and use it only to fulfil orders and provide your service. Both you and Eveyla handle information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of your name, logo, and content. You grant Eveyla a licence to host and display them so it can run your storefront. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload and that it isn’t unlawful or infringing. A discreet “powered by Eveyla” mark appears on your storefront.
No illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited items. No fraud. No misusing the platform or other shops’ customers. You must comply with applicable law at all times.
You can stop any time — it’s a monthly fee. Eveyla may suspend or remove a shop for non-payment, for unlawful or unsafe activity, or for breaching these terms. When a shop ends, its storefront comes down; its link may be retained or redirected as described in our documentation.
Eveyla is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Propera PVT LTD is not liable for your sales, your customers, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to Eveyla in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any disputes are subject to the courts of the Maldives.
